This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth FinTech innovator that\’s transforming how institutions and corporates interact with global financial markets.As part of a fast-moving product team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the robustness, performance and reliability of financial technology solutions that support high-volume transactions. You\’ll work alongside engineers, product managers, and domain experts to help shape the future of real-time financial platforms.What You’ll Be DoingChampioning quality across the entire product development lifecycleCreating comprehensive and structured test plans, test cases, and test strategiesDesigning and maintaining automated test frameworksExpanding and optimising regression test packs to maintain high test coverageIdentifying and documenting defects, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolutionInfluencing system architecture from a testability perspectiveTracking and reporting quality metrics across platformsKeeping up to date with emerging tools, trends and techniques in automation and testingWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience testing systems in financial services, ideally with exposure to Fintech or high-value transaction systemsSolid understanding of QA methodologies and best practicesExperience using Cypress for automation testingProficient in JavaScript and SQLConfident working with both white-box and black-box testing approachesStrong attention to detail and a methodical mindsetExcellent communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience using AI tools to support test planning and analysis is a plusInterview Process: Transparency and efficiency are key to this process.
