About the role: This role is not eligible for internal transfers. As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you feel inspired and empowered to seek out every opportunity to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You\’ll work with your colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and improve the customer experience. Alongside providing great service and experiences, you\’ll maintain high shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Knowing your customers enables you to deliver the best service and build their loyalty with our brand for a lifetime. Key Responsibilities Your typical responsibilities will include: Delivering excellent and market-leading customer experiences. Putting the customer at the heart of everything by proactively acknowledging them, identifying their needs, and ensuring these are met, resolving queries or complaints. Providing opportunities for customers to engage directly with the John Lewis brand and the Brand you support through personalized and social marketing. Being aware of your best sellers and sales performance to help drive promotions and seasonal changes. Supporting marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers. Offering ideas for continuous improvements to maximize productivity. Essential Skills and Experience Basic IT literacy skills. Strong communication skills. Desirable Skills and Experience Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided to help you perform at your best every day.
