As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our expanding portfolio of services and campaigns.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver creative, data-driven campaigns and engaging content across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for digital marketing. This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote work and regular in-office collaboration (typically 2–3 days a week) at our Cirencester HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns.
- Create and publish content for our website, blog, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and assist in managing our CRM and mailing lists.
- Collaborate on content such as brochures, landing pages, and presentations.
- Assist in event planning, trade shows, and webinars, including asset preparation and lead follow-up.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Zoho.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand voice and visual identity.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of marketing experience (can include internships or freelance projects).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), and email marketing tools.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SEO, basic HTML, or digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity or IT industry (or a keen interest in it).
