Key Accountabilities
- Managing and producing monthly reporting packs to meet business and group reporting needs.
- Driving the FP&A month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinating and finalising high-quality monthly CFO review decks and management information (MI) packs.
- Supporting in developing quarterly and annual budget and 5-year plan.
- Assisting in building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Supporting the Senior Manager in digital transformation projects, to embed greater use of data analytics and automation across the Finance Department.
- Identifying and delivering process improvements that add value.
- Experience of FP&A best practices, across financial modelling, trend analysis, data combination and reporting.
- Ideally gained working in a bank or specialist lending business, with an understanding of key business dynamics and metrics.
- Experience of securitization would be an advantage.
- Analytical and hands-on by nature, happy building complex models but with an emphasis on automating where possible.
- Keen to make their mark by building a highly visible capability at an ambitious firm.
- Quality verbal and written communication skills.

ENRA is a rapidly growing and highly profitable specialist property finance group. The Group achieved record EBITDA in 2024, with AUM of £2.5bn, spread across 5 diversified lending products, as well as a market-leading broking division. The Group is led by an experienced and entrepreneurial executive team and supported by one of the largest fund managers as a key investor. Having completed a major corporate transaction in 2022, the Group is now embarking on its next 5-year plan, to grow AUM to >£5bn. In line with these plans, the Finance Dept is also executing a strategic and digital transformation programme, to right size its capabilities for the planned growth. A central objective of this strategy is to enhance the existing FP&A capability. The finance team of 17 is currently organized on a product basis with dedicated teams responsible for short-term finance, term finance, broking, group functions and FP&A. A new role has been created for an FP&A Analyst, reporting to the Head of FP&A, to help build out the rapidly evolving FP&A capability, to increase the value and commerciality of insights provided to management across the business and to drive forward-looking business decision making and automation of management reporting.
