Night Support Worker – Haverfordwest, The Manse – Hourly rate £11.60 to £12.00 per hour – 35 Hours a week

About The Manse:

Nestled in the friendly village of Freystrop, on the outskirts of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, The Manse is a spacious home for up to five adults aged 18 and over. It combines the tranquility of village life with access to Pembrokeshire\’s amenities, including shops and cafes, just two miles away. The home features a large garden, ideal for relaxing or socialising, and becomes a sunny retreat in summer.

Role Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality bespoke care, including accurate record-keeping.
Meeting physical and emotional needs in a supportive environment that feels like home.
Being a positive role model and promoting independence through activities.
General housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
Having fun with the people we support!

Candidate Requirements:

A can-do attitude and resilience.
Compassion and empathy.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility and reliability as part of a team.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the rural location.

Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
