Propel is partnering with a high-growth international education group operating 100+ private schools across multiple regions, educating tens of thousands of students worldwide. Their aim is to support each school in becoming a leader in its local community and across the global education landscape.

They’re now looking for a strategic, impact-driven EdTech Delivery Manager to lead the global rollout of education technology solutions, bridging classroom needs with digital tools, and ensuring meaningful, scalable adoption that improves learning outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to coordinate transformation across a diverse group of schools, navigating cultural and operational differences while building alignment between technology initiatives and real-world teaching and learning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of EdTech solutions from initial pilot phase (10–12 schools) to full-scale rollout across 100+ schools
  • Work closely with school leaders and staff to ensure readiness through training, professional development, and ongoing support
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, enabling lasting change through effective communication and collaboration
  • Gather on-the-ground feedback and use it to refine and improve both delivery and impact
  • Support schools with varying levels of digital maturity, infrastructure, and staff experience
  • Focus on change management, feedback loops, and scaling proven success from lab school environments

  • Experience managing large-scale delivery or implementation programmes, ideally across multiple countries
  • Comfortable working in decentralised, cross-cultural environments
  • Skilled at influencing and building alignment without direct line management authority

  • Spanish language skills a plus but not essential
