What do we have on offer? Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR? We’re looking for an enthusiastic People Administrator to join our team and support the smooth delivery of key HR and L&D processes. In this dynamic role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities—from helping to recruit and onboard new team members to coordinating staff training, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing internal communications, and supporting the delivery of a positive workplace culture.
What your responsibilities look like:
- Support recruitment and selection, including job adverts, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Organise staff reviews and manage related scheduling.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Manage HR data and update spreadsheets.
- Coordinate employee celebrations and company events.
- Monitor and report on performance and learning metrics.
- Contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives and update wellbeing resources.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, maintaining compliance records.
- Provide administrative support for training and workshops.
Experience: Proven experience in a HR / People administrative role. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
