We\’re looking for an E-commerce Lead to join our growing creative studio. Since launching in 2022, our brand has rapidly evolved into a thriving e-commerce business selling to both the residential and trade markets, and we\’re ready to take things to the next level. If you\’re passionate about e-commerce, strategy, and driving growth, we’d love to hear from you!

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a roadmap for online revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the brand’s expansion goals.
  • Website Management & UX Optimisation: Oversee website performance, enhance UI/UX, and work with developers to implement new features and improvements.
  • Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimisation: Lead paid and organic digital campaigns (email marketing, social commerce), optimising for sales and engagement.
  • Product Management: Manage online product presentation, pricing, and inventory visibility to maximise sales.
  • Customer Experience & Retention: Develop strategies to improve the online shopping experience, drive loyalty, and increase repeat purchase rates.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Third-Party Platform Management: Oversee marketplace sales (e.g Shopify, Glassette, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the studio and workshop teams, and closely with the designer to ensure a seamless digital and operational experience.
  • Oversee the newsletter, briefing the designer for relevant assets and maintaining weekly comms with our community.
