Project Manager / Contracts Manager required for leading fit out / facilities / clean rooms / laboratories contractor based out of Oxford. The Project Manager / Contracts Manager will ideally come from a fit out / refurbishment background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects across clean rooms / facilities / laboratories would be a major advantage for the role. The Project Manager / Contracts Manager duties will be but not limited to managing multiple projects, client facing, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety and necessary paperwork. The Project Manager / Contracts Manager will have experience manging multiple contracts between values of 1M – 10M
