My client is looking for a Technical Architect to lead in the analysis, design and implementation of new technologies, frameworks, processes and solutions on behalf of their customers. The successful individual will come from an extensive background within Software Development including expertise within the .Net ecosystem and cloud technologies.

Salary: £65-70k + benefits

Location: Home-based

Key duties / responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing and delivering complex technical solutions
  • Creating HLD’s / LLD’s / POC’s
  • Maintaining, supporting and enhancing existing systems and platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation
  • Investigating problems and determining the best solution
  • Discussing client's requirements and proposed solutions to fully understand and translate business requirements
  • Work closely with development to ensure designs and stories are fully understood
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Build relationships with team members including mentoring

Key Skills / experiences:

  • Technical architecture of complex enterprise software solutions
  • Background in Software development including .Net
  • Cloud based development experience (hosted / native), ideally within Azure
  • Microservices and API’s
  • DevOps & CI/CD
  • Agile SDLC
  • Traditional RDBMS
  • Automated Unit and System level testing
