The Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of both the prospect experience and individual learner acquisition. You’ll sit at the heart of FLT’s go-to-market engine, designing and executing strategies that:
- Convert engaged prospects into full enterprise licenses
- Scale individual subscriptions to facilitate enterprise introductions
What You'll Own
Prospect Experience (B2B)
- You will be responsible for managing and improving the entire B2B funnel - from first touch to close:
- Own messaging, sequencing, and engagement across email, landing pages and LinkedIn enterprise call
- Build sales enablement assets (e.g., fast follow packs, value decks, case studies)
- Ensure alignment across the website, webinars, live demos and pricing pathways
- Identify and run A/B tests on CTAs, copy, and page structure
- Work with research company to survey credit professionals to highlight the governance gap in the credit market
B2C Growth (Individuals)
- You will grow our base of individual learners - especially legal and credit professionals inside target firms:
- Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies (LinkedIn, partnerships, alumni networks, training firms)
- Optimise paid and organic campaigns for subscriptions and mini-certifications
- Identify and activate new acquisition channels (e.g. law schools, CFA societies, early-career lawyers)
- Track CAC and LTV, and test pricing or bundling options
- Collaborate on content strategy with our domain experts
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 4–6+ years' experience in B2B SaaS or education marketing
- Have owned funnel conversion or demand gen from end to end
- Know your way around email automation, CRM and landing page tools
- Are highly analytical but understand nuance and tone when it comes to legal/financial buyers
- Get things done: scrappy, commercial, creative and execution-driven
- Are excited to be part of a growing business, building new processes and pathways
Standout Candidates Will Also:
- Have experience marketing in legaltech, edtech, fintech or regulated sectors
- Understand what it means to sell compliance-driven or risk training to enterprise clients
- Have run paid search or paid social campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta)
- Can create landing pages, edit short videos, or write conversion-optimised copy
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation based on experience and scope
- Meaningful equity participation as part of our seed-stage leadership team
- High trust, high impact environment with strong founder access
- A chance to shape the GTM playbook for a first-of-its-kind legal training platform
- Flexible working hours and location
