For Companies - Provide day-to-day support to children with autism during care home hours
- Assist children with routines, activities, meals, and personal care where required
- Support children\’s communication, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing
- Implement individual care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Encourage independence and positive behaviour using appropriate techniques
- Support educational, sensory, and recreational activities within the care home
- Monitor children\’s wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
- Maintain accurate daily records, observations, and incident reports
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and care home policies at all times
