Research Director – Pharma / Healthcare
Location: London, 3 days a week
Salary: Up to £85,000
The Client:
The role is at one of the most renowned research agencies in the world. They’re a team of about 200 people in healthcare across Market Access & Health Economics, Strategy and Advisory, Analytics and Modelling, Custom, Syndicated and UX/Experience Design.
They are incredibly stable and your career path is in your hands, with two teams – one where you can specialise in specific therapy areas and another where you can work across general medicine. The team has different strengths at a director level, focusing on people, business development, and project resourcing.
The Role:
They are looking to bring in another Research Director due to growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantitative or mixed methods to help drive teams and projects through excellent research. You will have a significant contribution in terms of revenue and profit from new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
The team works across various methods such as patient journey & satisfaction surveys, customer segmentations, patient focus groups & IDIs, and brand positioning.
