We are a fast-growing food startup redefining meal prep with a focus on Chinese cuisine. We launched just one month ago, hit £15k MRR, and have a strong £40k MRR pipeline. Now, we\’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to supercharge our B2C and B2B expansion.
What You\’ll Do:
🔹 Run paid ads & digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
🔹 Drive B2C subscriber growth and optimize retention
🔹 Build & secure B2B partnerships (corporates, gyms, co-working spaces)
🔹 Organise and execute data driven strategies, using GA4, dashboards etc
🔹 Develop content & social media strategies to grow brand awareness
🔹 Optimise funnel conversion and customer retention (Critical!!)
Who You Are:
✅ 3+ years in growth marketing and partnerships
✅Early-stage / start up experience – consumer experience is a plus
✅ Hands-on experience with paid ads, performance marketing & content strategy
✅ Expertly organised and detailed!
✅ Passion for food & entrepreneurial environments
✅ Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
