About the Role:
As a Static Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and HVAC systems on-site. You will ensure the systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall functionality and comfort of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment.
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and site personnel to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer.
