We want someone keen to develop their skills as a videographer, who loves to create and enjoys the challenge of making engaging and visually appealing videos and who is upbeat, positive and sees opportunities where others see problems.
We’ll take the skills you have and train you in our approach and workflow. You’ll use our cameras and audio gear, direct talent, and make creative decisions to capture high-quality videos. Then, you’ll get into the edit suite to get the best shots ready for our editor. You’ll work both independently and as part of the wider team, based out of our redbourn office.
MUST HAVE

Some experience in making video content with examples of things you’ve shot and edited

Solid understanding of video-making principles

Solid understanding of lighting
