This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator (M365 / O365) located in Greater London. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and providing technical support. Daily tasks include:

  • System administration
  • Network administration
  • Supporting users
  • Responding to tickets
  • Handling escalations
  • Being a Microsoft SME
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems within the organization

Qualifications:

  • M365 / O365 System Administration and Network Administration skills
  • Good knowledge of security, SCCM, EUC, Identity Access and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Strong information technology knowledge and experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and potentially lead
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus
  • All Microsoft services including Azure
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are an advantage
  • Hospitality industry experience would be nice to have
