This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator (M365 / O365) located in Greater London. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and providing technical support. Daily tasks include:
- System administration
- Network administration
- Supporting users
- Responding to tickets
- Handling escalations
- Being a Microsoft SME
- Ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems within the organization
Qualifications:
- M365 / O365 System Administration and Network Administration skills
- Good knowledge of security, SCCM, EUC, Identity Access and SharePoint
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support
- Strong information technology knowledge and experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and potentially lead
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus
- All Microsoft services including Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are an advantage
- Hospitality industry experience would be nice to have
