We are seeking a skilled Plater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using various techniques and tools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Plater will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications., * Fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Utilise power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and weld materials as required.

Perform Mig and Tig welding and other welding techniques to join metal parts securely.

Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Use basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.

Proven experience in fabrication/sheet metal work or related fields is preferred.

Proficiency in welding techniques, particularly Mig welding, is essential.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools effectively.

Familiarity with fabrication processes and assembly techniques is advantageous.
