As an experienced member of the client services team, you will have the flexibility to shape your role around your strengths while playing a pivotal part in driving the continued success and growth of the division.
Managing various projects, you will take pride in delivering outstanding medical communications projects (including advisory board, symposia, congress activities, training materials, webinars, etc.) while staying highly organised and proactive to meet client needs. Driven to develop and exceed expectations across all accounts, you will serve as a mentor and role model to the junior team, setting the standard for quality and client service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on ongoing activities and addressing queries promptly and appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal teams - including medical, creative, and digital - to ensure projects progress according to established timelines and deadlines.
- Supervise and support the management of project materials such as mailings, agendas, trackers, and other client-related documentation.
- Assist junior team members in maintaining organised, up-to-date files to ensure accurate information is always accessible.
- Monitor client activities and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Prepare project budgets, including supplier negotiations, to maintain cost efficiency.
- Conduct research and gather background information to support project execution and proposal development.
- Contribute to new business proposals and pitches, offering creative ideas and presenting where relevant.
- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required.
