Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production of Level 2 BIM models and drawings as instructed by BIM Modelling/Data Capture Manager.
- Provide BIM models and drawings to support the Built Environment disciplines.
- Support upkeep of facility “AS Built/Record” models/drawings.
- Liaise with customers to confirm requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A comprehensive knowledge of 3D services co-ordination and point-cloud manipulation.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 19650-1 & ISO 19650-2.
- Good presentation skills and ability to manipulate data sets.
- Extensive understanding of working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIM360/ACC.
- Extensive experience of producing BIM Level 2 Models & families.
