Job description Job Overview Our client is currently looking for a Business Development Executive based in Alton. This is a unique opportunity to get in early on a growth journey and have a significant role in the business expansion as well as developing your career, with the next step to manage and lead a wider business development team. You will be responsible for researching, identifying and developing new business opportunities that meet their target criteria with a successful handover to Client Relations once secured. Responsibility for growing pipeline to ensure sufficient opportunities for 1-3 year revenue targets to be achieved. Duties * Research profile clients and key contacts and upload onto CRM. * Engage with relevant contacts, predominantly via telephone, to identify suitable prospective opportunities. * Book appointments with decision maker. * Manage and grow pipeline to underpin growth strategy Experience * Embodiment of our values: Humble, Hungry, Smart. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energy, creativity and initiative.
