TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours, Working hours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) + 1-in-4 Saturday Shift. On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.
Salary: £41,209/Yr.
Location: Liverpool, Warrington, Chester
Extra Overtime available.
Your duties will be yet not limited to:
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
- Rectifying faults in plant rooms
- Splits, VRF and more.
You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
Requirements:
- Full UK License 6 points max.
- F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
