Senior Debt Recovery Manager – Birmingham or Nottingham | Hybrid | £45,000-£65,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor or Senior Paralegal looking for your next step? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of three debt recovery specialists while managing a varied and complex caseload.

The Role:

• Managing a team of three debt recovery specialists
• Handling debt recovery matters from initial letters to enforcement
• Assisting with insolvency work, including statutory demands
• Providing timely and accurate client support and reporting
• Liaising with fee earners on contested matters and complex insolvency cases
• Supporting the Head of Debt Recovery with business development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a caseload of debt recovery matters
• Strong knowledge of court litigation processes and credit management
• Ability to handle complex/non-standard debt recovery work
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
• Highly organised with strong IT and self-supporting typing skills
• Experience managing or mentoring a team (desirable)
