Interim Head of Housing Repairs

INTERIM HEAD OF REPAIRS\\n\\nLondon \\n\\nPark Avenue are pleased to be partnered with a London Borough who require an Interim Head of Repairs.\\n\\nThis role is a 6-month initial contract, with you being in their office 3 days per week with the team. The offices are accessible via London Underground, or via car (with parking available locally).\\n\\nDirectly reporting to the Director of Housing, with a headcount of 50 below you.\\nOverseeing the management of 8000+ housing stock, including 1930s/40s homes and new builds. There's an ongoing refurbishment programme for their high-rise blocks which you'll be involved with.

Section 106 falls under the Development team.\\nRepairs are outsourced to external agents. Your main responsibility is supporting the teams below you, and reporting all updates to senior management and ensuring the teams are all progressing suitably. \\n\\nPrevious experience in a Local Authority or Housing Association is essential.\\n\\nJD is available upon request.
