The successful NDEA will get the opportunity to work on immensely exciting projects and enjoy the flexibility of managing their own hours.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities – Non-Domestic Energy Assessor:\\n\\nConduct energy assessments on a diverse range of properties, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations\\nPrepare detailed EPCs and reports\\nMaintain first class customer relationships\\nProvide expert guidance to client on energy-efficient improvements \\nCollaborate with a team of specialists to ensure best results for clients\\n\\nKey Experience – Non-Domestic Energy Assessor:\\n\\nCertified NDEA Level 4/5 Energy Assessor\\nExperience working on commercial properties in a variety of sectors\\nPrevious experience in generating EPCs and report writing\\nExcellent client facing & communication skills, both verbal and written\\nPassion for sustainability and the environment\\nKnowledge of IES or DesignBuilder is advantageous\\n\\nWhat’s on offer?\\n\\nCompetitive Salary and performance-based bonuses\\nClear progression within the company\\nOngoing training and development towards key sustainability certifications\\nAn exciting, supportive working environment
