Leading & Award Winning Developer – Marketing Manager – £50,000-£60,000 – West London – to join an established multi-layered team

My client is looking for an ambitious and driven marketing manager to join at a crucial busy time of the year. You’ll be involved in some beautiful residential developments across London and this being a key role within the business will focus in on implementing the marketing strategy across these sites.

Brief Key Duties

  • Project manage and amend when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
  • To take the lead on all communications across the business.
  • To deliver campaign ideas to key stakeholders.
  • Work with appointed digital & offline agencies.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing.
  • Prepare monthly reports.

Experience

  • At least 4 years’ marketing experience within real estate.
