This well-established and growing organisation based in Farnham is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be joining a reputable organisation that is experiencing a fantastic period of growth and is now recruiting this new role into their finance team. This role can be offered on either a full time or part time basis (30 hours a week). There are also opportunities for flexible/hybrid working and it would be a great role for someone with previous accounts experience looking for their next role. Finance Assistant – About The Role
In this role you will be working in an established finance team and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be supporting the daily running of the finance function and your key responsibilities will be:
- Processing invoices into the system and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries and setting up new accounts
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
- Process business expense returns
- Assist in the BACS payments run process
- Completing finance processes relating to purchase requisition orders and invoices
- Ensuring all finance admin is organised correctly
The successful Finance Assistant will have:
- Previous experience in a finance role would be ideal but entry level candidates will be considered
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
