THE ROLE

As an Associate, you will:

🔹Handle high-value and complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals.

🔹Advise on major development projects investment portfolios and asset management strategies.

🔹Work closely with institutional investors, developers and corporate clients.

🔹Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 2-10 years PQE in real estate law.

✅ Strong technical expertise in property transactions including leasing and finance.

✅ A commercial mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

✅ Excellent communication and client management skills.
