Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world’s largest and most complex projects.
We are looking for a Business Analyst x2 for an 18-month contract based in Warrington or Cumbria.
On Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay rate
- Remote Working – Occasional travel to site as required, two or three times per month
- IR35 Determination – Highly likely to be outside so engagement through a LLC is permitted
Responsibilities / Experience:
Essential:
- Experience of engaging with the Business to identify and document their requirements primarily as outcomes or outputs
- Experience of delivering the analysis of complex projects and programmes including:
- Clear examples where analysis undertaken has informed decisions of key stakeholders on programmes, including driving value for money
- Experience of business case development and value/benefits mapping
Desirable:
- Understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements, and UAT methodologies and applying these appropriately
- Previous experience of working in a regulatory-driven environment
- Previous experience of delivering within a transformation programme
