Vallum Associates has partnered with a leading international provider of industrial water treatment solutions and process filtration. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to coach and mentor the sales team, as well as share their water treatment knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that will drive revenue growth
• Hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team
• Set and track sales goals and performance
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales management
• Strong background in water treatment, wastewater treatment and/or filtration
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
