We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations to effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions promptly.

  • Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and public relations to leverage new opportunities for engagement.

  • Manage relationships with influencers and other external partners to enhance brand visibility.

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas tailored to target audiences.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
