As a Credit Controller based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for: Monitoring outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flowLiaising with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing businessBuilding client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growthProactively managing overdue accounts, implementing company proceduresResolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoicesProcessing payments and keep customer records up to dateThis is a full-time, 6 moth contract hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm.
