I am currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Northampton area, to work on a permanent contract for a well established social housing contractor.

• As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
• Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
• Communication with the contractors
• Access requests
• Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues
