Job Description

WSR are looking for an Goods In/Out Operator to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.\\nLocation: Milton Keynes\\nSalary: £28K – £30K\\nWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday – – 41.5 hours per week\\nAssembly Operator Role Overview:\\nWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Goods In/Our Operator to join the warehouse team at our Client’s new facility. The successful candidate will manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient handling and accurate record-keeping.

This role is crucial for maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely deliveries of their high-quality fire door products.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nGoods In:\\n * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery\\n * Report and document any discrepancies or damaged\\n * Unload and transport stock using appropriate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet\\n * Store goods correctly, adhering to stock rotation procedures to maintain product\\nGoods Out:\\n * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with company\\n * Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring the protection of our products during\\n * Complete all relevant documentation accurately to maintain\\n * Coordinate with couriers and transport teams to manage dispatch schedules\\nGeneral Warehouse Duties:\\n * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse\\n * Comply with health and safety regulations, including manual handling\\n * Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock tracking and\\n * Assist with stock counts and inventory audits as\\n * Support additional warehouse duties as assigned by\\nGoods In/Out Operator Qualifications and Experience:\\n * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is\\n * A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory; training can be\\n * Experience with counterbalance and reach trucks is highly\\n * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving\\n * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock\\n * Good communication and teamwork\\n * Basic IT skills for stock control systems and\\n * A flexible and adaptable approach to work\\nGood In/Out key competencies:\\n * Positive attitude\\n * Will do approach to challenges\\n * Self-motivated team player, motivate and coach the team to operational success\\n * Able to work under pressure\\n * Resourcefulness\\n * Attention to Detail\\n * Adaptability and willingness to embrace change\\nGoods In/Out Operator Benefits:\\nLife insurance 3x salary\\nPrivate Health Insurance\\n23 days holiday (with an additional 1 day per full year employed increasing up to additional 5 days) plus Bank Holidays\\nLunch provided for all employees/breakfast items Free onsite parking\\nEmployee referral scheme\\nLong Service awards\\nEmployee of the Month\\nDiscretionary bonus scheme (after probationary period)\\nPlease click ‘APPLY NOW’, or call the WSR Team at (phone number removed) for more info.\\nWe appreciate the time and effort invested in your application.
