Job Description:
The DXC Academic Programme is designed for talented and passionate individuals who are looking to join an agile world leader and are ready to deliver the best solutions to transform businesses in the new digital world.
Successful candidates must be able to get to our office location (up to 5 days per week) and be eligible to obtain a certain level of Security Clearance as we primarily work on Secure Defence Accounts; therefore, dual nationals or Visa Sponsorships are not accepted on our Academics Programme. For graduates, you must be due to graduate in 2025, or have graduated in the last 3 years.
We have 3 streams available within our Programme:

- Business
- Project Management

Project Manager or Business Graduate
Within a Project Manager or Business role, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of cutting-edge IT projects, surrounded by industry-leading experts. This will provide the opportunity to fulfil your career goals while being part of an established global company. You will have a great deal of responsibility from day one, which will involve working in high performing teams and delivering client facing tasks. As you progress in your role at DXC Technology, we envisage you will develop your skills, increase your level of responsibility, and become involved with larger, more stimulating projects.

Eligibility for our Technical Programme:
Graduate Programme
Studied for a Computer Science or STEM related degree.
Degree Apprenticeship Programme
Students who have achieved a college qualification would be preferred or those who have gained 1-2 years’ work experience in the relevant field.
A Level or “Equivalent” in Math’s and English are required, along with 1 *STEM subject preferably.
Modern Apprenticeship Programme
GCSE or “Equivalent” in Math’s and English are required, along with 1 *STEM subject preferably.
Experience not necessary.
Eligibility for our Project Management or Business Programme:
Graduate Programme
Have a Project Management, Business Management, or related business degree.
Degree Apprenticeship Programme
Have studied Business Management or have Project experience.
Students who have achieved a college qualification would be preferred or those who have gained 1-2 years’ work experience in the relevant field.
A Level or “Equivalent” in Math’s and English are required, along with 1 *STEM subject preferably.
Modern Apprenticeship Programme
