Job Title: Global Coordinator, GBS Reports To: SVP–GBS Department: GBS Location: London, New York, Nashville (can be hybrid or remote) A little bit about our team: Your role: Here you’ll get to: Proactively manage meetings on a regional and global scale, arrange conference calls and travel (domestic & international), coordinate team meetings and functions, manage executive expenses, etc. Work closely with the SVP GBS to lead and schedule governance meetings and oversee project progress by tracking actions and projects from those meetings Actively monitor other due dates and deliverables for key GBS initiatives, projects in coordination with other global team members like process owners Coordinate communications with the GBS teams globally, partnering with People Team or Corporate communications where needed, including newsletters, service bulletins and other communications needed to keep the regional teams informed and aligned to global standards and initiatives. Prepare presentation materials in support of the SVP, GBS and their direct reports, with a focus on keeping executive leadership informed of performance and key milestones in the GBS team Manage highly sensitive, confidential and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion. Plan and execute domestic & international training, conferences, special events, whether on or off-site, in person or virtually Maintain dashboards with key data for quick reference for leadership and stakeholders Proactively make recommendations for process improvement and ways of working to create efficiencies across the three shared service centers.
