Kitchen Sales Designer We are looking for an experienced, energetic and versatile Kitchen Sales Designer, who can develop relationships with new as well as existing customers, and provide them with the very best in bespoke kitchen design and customer service. This is a permanent full-time role to design and sell Inframe, Handmade Traditional English Kitchens and become a brand Champion. About You * Previous experience in designing and selling traditional and bespoke English Shaker Style Kitchens is a pre-requisite. * Experience and knowledge of CAD / Virtual Design packages (Compusoft – Winner Design would be ideal). * Proven sales background within a showroom setting essential. * Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the customers’ needs. * Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive. * At least 2-3 years proven experience within the kitchen industry essential. Main Responsibilities: * Providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients. * Preparing project briefs and quotations. * Design and formulate inspiring Kitchens with clear specifications, M&E drawings and excellent attention to detail. * Conduct surveys at client’s homes. * Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, dealing with ongoing queries and ensuring resolution. * Liaise with the fitting team and support installations.
