Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a local charity for the recruitment of a Finance Assistant, ideally with experience of using QuickBooks, to cover a temporary role for 2-3 months. This is a part time role, working role 15 hours per week, with flexibility on the days of work.
This role is to start ASAP as our client are keen to provide full training before the Christmas period.
Key duties will include:
- Administration of Purchase Ledger
- Adding invoices on the system
- Bank reconciliation
- Printing financial reports as requested
