Quality Control Manager required to join the team within this successful house building company. Your key purpose will be to achieve a high level of consistency and quality across all stages of the construction to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Working in collaboration with other internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales and HR.
Key Duties / Responsibilities-Quality Control Manager
To effectively improve the construction function through a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages through;
- Improving warranty provider CQR scores
- Lowering DPR rates
- Lowering RI scores
- Improve HQI pass scores
- Improve customer satisfaction scores
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Improve build consistency
- Minimise avoidable costs
- Drive quality from site through the BU
Experience
- Proven track record delivering a high level of quality within an inspection role within the house building industry
- Knowledge and experience of building standards and warranty provider requirements.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
- IT Skills-Microsoft packages and Coins
- Commercial awareness
- Future focused and drive change
- Driving Licence essential
