The Role
As Tax Manager, you ll take charge of both personal and corporate tax work, balancing compliance tasks with engaging advisory projects. Your expertise will guide clients through complex tax issues, offering strategic insights and practical solutions. You will be supported by the Tax Director/Senior Manager, and you will support the Tax Senior and Tax Trainee in turn. This is a great tax team with a clear structure, lots of support and plenty of opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver tailored advisory services to a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of tax issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
