My client is at the forefront of automated threat modeling and secure software design with a strong global presence and an expanding customer base. They are gearing up for their Series C funding round and looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and execution. About the Role As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and operations. From leading our Series C fundraising efforts to managing investor relations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, to managing the Finance team, your leadership will be essential in driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead the Series C fundraising process, including investor presentations and due diligence. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure robust and accurate projections. Manage cash flow and treasury operations, ensuring liquidity and optimal capital structure. Establish and maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks. Provide strategic financial insights to the board, executive team, and investors. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to scale with the business. Evaluate and lead mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in senior finance leadership, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven companies. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and SaaS metrics such as NRR, ARR, and churn. Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Experience with venture capital fundraising, investor relations, and Series C or later stages. Strategic vision, leadership excellence, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
