Talent Resourcing Partner Location: Onsite – London The Role: We are recruiting for a Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team, working onsite in London four days a week. In this role, your primary focus will be on driving fulfilment and providing exceptional service to our customers, candidates, and external partners. As the first point of contact for all deployed Contingent Worker enquiries and issues, you will manage the business processes that support our delivery and engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all relevant worker checks have been completed prior to placing on assignment Conduct all preplacement activities – including confirmation of offer, 1st day arrangements, and placing the worker into the assignment booking on the relevant technology platform Provide excellent customer service to the hiring community and supply chain and support with post-offer queries including escalations to support the Client Services Manager Supporting with queries from supply chain partners once candidates are in assignment with the client Accurately maintain all aspects of the contingent workforce data to enable management information to be given/presented to the client Weekly and Ad hoc reports including starters, leavers, and tenure report Work with the client hiring community to forecast recruitment nee…
