Experienced Day Concierge Receptionist required for a luxury residential block in Knightsbridge. The hours will be 7am to 7pm on a fixed two week rota.
As a Day Concierge you will take responsibility for the operations of the property in terms of providing front of house reception customer service and managing security, health and safety, cleanliness and maintenance in the building. You will also be involved in providing an exceptional level of lifestyle services for the residents.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience gained within a similar role
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
