Based in our Polegate office, with occasional customer site visits required. Usual working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with the occasional need to work outside of these hours. You will be working within a small, professional team that is steadily expanding., * Provide a blend of PSA, RMM, and telephone-based remote support, as well as on-site support and installations.

Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to a successful resolution in the most efficient, effective, communicative, and timely manner for the client.

Work with clients operating in various sectors, ranging from construction to finance., * Microsoft 365: Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Tenants, including Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Endpoint Manager.

Microsoft Office Applications: Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc.

Printer Setup and Troubleshooting: Handle a wide range of printer issues, from scan-to-email setups to end-user printing problems.

IT Issue Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Use tools like Event Viewer and Message Trace to diagnose and resolve IT issues, including mail flow and configuration problems in Exchange.

Windows Servers: Understand roles such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Storage and File Sharing, DHCP, and DNS.

Device Setup: Install and set up Windows 10/11, iPhones/iPads, and Android devices.

Networking: Understand networking topologies, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP, and configure networking equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.

Software Installation: Install and configure appropriate software for end users.

Cyber Security: Awareness of cyber security practices, including antivirus protections and patch management.

Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation as part of your duties., * Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and your own car for site visits. Business mileage will be paid at the prevailing rate.

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an IT support role.

- Experience in cyber security, remote backup solutions (Skykick/Acronis), IP telephony (3CX), Plesk, and Unifi System are advantageous but not essential., * IT Support: 1 year (required)

In-person interviews will take place between Wednesday, 13th November and Friday, 22nd November. These interviews will last approximately 90 minutes and will include a 30-minute skill test.
