You will be working at a GOOD Ofsted rated school where they are always striving for improvements to make their school as good as possible for both staff and pupils.
Your new role
You will be taking on a full-time Science role from January 2025, and will be required to teach all three sciences to both KS3 and KS4 pupils for one term in full, covering a planned operation. Having a candidate with a specialism in chemistry or biology would be advantageous, although not essential. The role will require you to take on the planning and preparation required, along with being able to complete assessments for the pupils you teach. This role will be on a full-time basis. However, for the right candidate, four days would also be considered.

In order to succeed, you will need to hold QTS in the UK. Experience teaching all three science subjects is essential. Both fully qualified teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

In return, you will be paid to scale ( up to MPS6) to ensure you are being treated as per their permanent staff members, due to the expectations being the same.
