Requirements for the Multi Skills Lecturer

• Teaching Experience within a Further Educational College / Training Centre (essential)
• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Teaching Qualification (PGCE, GTS, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training)
• Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualifications
• IV / IQA Qualifications
• Assessors Award Level 3
