Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Advanced Degree in science, data science, mathematics or similar required

Preferred Qualifications:

1. At least 10 years of experience in drug development in pharmaceutical industry
2. Strong knowledge of Phase I – III study design and/or operational feasibility, operational planning, enrollment scenario modeling, etc.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, persuade & negotiate
4. Demonstrated success managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
5. Strong team player; demonstrated success working with geographically dispersed teams within a matrix organization
6. Experience with clinical development in a biopharmaceutical R&D setting; experience in oncology, neurology, or immunology a plus
