- Delivering effective, interactive training utilising a range of tools and technology both online and face-to-face.
- Supporting co-creation services including bespoke design for internal stakeholders and external clients with creative training approaches, always aligned to Bauer Academy values.
- Managing a variety of training projects, including ad hoc talent development programmes, events, and summits.
- When required, providing excellent client management, including relationship building to support growth of new business.
- Reviewing training programmes for continuous improvement and produce post-programme reports.
- Contributing to Train the Trainer activities and Best Practice Sessions, aligned to specific individual/team needs, and emerging educational trends.
- Supporting the commercialisation of Bauer Academy training content, with entrepreneurial ideas, business plans and marketing campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with educational trends to ensure compliance and best practice is embedded within all design work.
- Keeping up to date with evolving and emerging job roles across the creative sector internationally, with detailed updates on future training needs and trends.
