Marketing Manager – Accountancy – City – £70,000

Wise May are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a fast paced and extremely busy Marketing department in an Accountancy business based in The City.
The role requires you to manage a team of 4 employees in a wide range of Marketing functions as well as various internal and external Marketing outputs.
Ideally you will come from a fast paced environment dealing with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Duties include:
– Day to day management of direct reports.
– Advise Partners and Team Leaders on marketing objectives.
– Regularly undertake market research and competitor analysis.
– Develop and implement Marketing plans.
– Website maintenance.
– Maintaining all internal and external relationships
– Deliver regular marketing performance reports.
Skills required:
– Degree (minimum 2:2), or equivalent marketing qualification.
– Experience of strategic marketing planning and budgeting.
– Experience of managing successful marketing campaigns from idea generation and conception to implementation and measurement.
– Ability to manage and develop others, flexing style and approach to suit different needs/personalities.
– Build collaborative and trusted relationships with people at all levels, internally and externally.
– Intermediate IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner).
– Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS)
