Japanese travel company is looking for an account executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare action plans and identify specific targets
  • Present and sell our services to current and potential clients
  • Create travel plans in accordance with clients’ requirements
  • Research the best options for hotels, places to visit, and dining options
  • Obtain quotations for flights, entertainment, events, accommodation, meeting rooms, and transfers
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
  • Follow up with potential clients to secure orders
  • Negotiate with suppliers to meet clients’ needs for tours
  • Follow up for payment collection and invoice preparation
  • Conduct sales calls/visits to acquire new clients as needed
  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, or Word

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English (native level); Japanese is not necessary but preferred
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in sales and operations for at least a few years
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Ability to develop new business

VISA:

Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
